Scope and operator

These terms govern purchases and related services from phunaraww™, operated by Changsha Bochao Technology Co., Ltd.. They apply together with the information presented at checkout and the Shipping and Return & Refund policies.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights. If applicable law provides stronger protections, it prevails.

Products and suitability

Review descriptions, dimensions, materials, selected options, included components and safety guidance before ordering. Photographs may include styling props. Only items expressly listed as included form part of the product.

Minor screen or manufacturing variations do not remove rights concerning faulty or materially misdescribed goods. Select accessories for your pet’s actual size and behavior. Product information does not replace veterinary advice or supplied instructions.

Prices, payment and order acceptance

Review the displayed currency, item prices, quantities, delivery charges, taxes and total before submitting payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Prices and offers may change for future orders; existing binding commitments remain subject to applicable law.

An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of the request and does not by itself establish acceptance unless checkout terms or applicable law provide otherwise. Acceptance is confirmed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch it, whichever occurs first, subject to applicable law. Payment, availability or genuine listing issues may require review; we will contact you and provide any refund legally due if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Customer information and order changes

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use an authorized payment method. Contact us promptly to request cancellation, an address correction or another change. Requests may be possible before fulfillment; later changes cannot be guaranteed. Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Delivery

Estimated preparation is 1–3 business days, followed by estimated transit of 7–15 business days. Checkout may show destination-specific details. Estimates can be affected by customs, weather, holidays and carrier conditions. We remain responsible for remedies required by law when delivery problems occur.

Returns and refunds

Eligible change-of-mind return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are generally issued within 7–10 business days after approval. Defect, cancellation and other mandatory rights are not limited by this discretionary policy.

Responsible use and legal rights

Use pet products only as intended, with the supervision, fitting, inspection and care described in their instructions. Discontinue damaged products. We do not exclude responsibility for defects, misdescription, fraud or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Where a legally enforceable limitation is permitted, responsibility is assessed according to the applicable contract and law; no wording here removes statutory remedies or liability that cannot be limited.

Disruptions, disputes and updates

Events outside reasonable control can affect service. We will communicate material order problems and address delays, cancellation and refunds as required by applicable law.

Contact service@phunaraww.com first with an order concern. This does not prevent access to courts, regulators or dispute-resolution rights available by law. No mandatory foreign forum or waiver of non-waivable local consumer protections is imposed by this page.

Updated terms may apply to future purchases. Changes do not retroactively alter binding orders except where law permits or both parties agree.
